Paint & prime walls and ceiling (650Sq ft) 

Cabinets, countertops, and sink assembly to be replaced

Replace casing around all windows and doors in kitchen and utility room (48 linear ft.)  

Install new shelving in utility room above washer and dryer (3 closet rod/shelve brackets; 2 1”x4” boards at least 12’’ long(2 total) to be placed at each end of wall to help brace shelving, 1 shelf 8’ long, 1 closet rod 8’ long, and two pole sockets for closet rods.) 

Replace base trim throughout kitchen and utility room (52 linear ft.) 

Replace light fixtures (13” two-bulb and single bulb fixture for above kitchen sink) 

2”x14” floor registers to be replaced in kitchen 

Replace vented hood range (30”) above gas stove” 

Replace kitchen receptacles and switches install gfci receptacles near kitchen sink (2x 15-amp outlet, 2x 20amp outlet, 3x gfci outlet, 3x single pole switch) 

Replace covers for receptacles and switches (4x outlet covers, 2x gfci covers, 1x switch and gfci cover, 1x single switch cover, 1x double switch cover.) 

  

Living Room and Hallway 

 

Fix smaller holes in drywall above windows where curtain rods had been. 

Paint & prime walls and ceiling (710 sq. Ft.) 

3-0 RH Exterior door to be replaced 

Replace 2-0 LH door and passage doorknob for entryway closet 

Replace 1-4 LH door and passage doorknob for hallway closet 

Install casing around window and doors in living room and hallway (150 linear ft.) 

Install new shelving in bedroom closet (1 closet rod/shelve bracket; 2 1”x4” boards at least 12’ long (2 total) to be placed at each end of wall to help brace shelving, 1 shelf 3’ long, 1 closet rod 3’ long, and two pole sockets for closet rods.) 

5 shelves to be installed in hallway closet. (5 shelves each 2’ long.) 

Install base trim throughout Livingroom (70 linear ft.) 

Replace light fixture in living room (15” three-bulb) 

Replace light fixture in hallway (13” two-bulb) 

16”x16” wall vent to be replaced in living room. 

10”x14” wall vent to be replaced in hallway 

2”x14” floor register to be replaced in living room (2x total) 

 Replace smoke alarm in living room and hallway (2x total) 

Replace receptacles and switches (5 15-amp outlet, 3x single pole switch, 1x 3-way switch)

Bedroom 1

Paint & prime walls and ceiling (525 sq. Ft.) 

Replace 2-6 RH door and privacy doorknob 

Frame in closet for a 3-0 door and install door

Install casing around window and doors in bedroom (110 linear ft.) 

Install new shelving in bedroom closet (2 closet rod/shelve bracket; 2 1”x4” boards at least 12’ long (2 total) to be placed at each end of wall to help brace shelving, 1 shelf 7’ long, 1 closet rod 7’ long, and two pole sockets for closet rods.) 

Install base trim throughout bedroom (55 linear ft.) 

Replace light fixture (13” two-bulb) 

2”x14” floor register to be replaced in bedroom 

Replace smoke alarm 

Replace receptacles and switches (3x 15-amp outlet, 1x single pole switch) 

Replace covers for receptacles and switches (3x outlet covers, 1x single switch cover)

Install new shelving in bedroom closet (2 closet rod/shelve bracket; 2 1”x4” boards at least 12’ long (2 total) to be placed at each end of wall to help brace shelving, 1 shelf 5’ long, 1 closet rod 5’ long, and two pole sockets for closet rods.) 

Install base trim throughout bedroom (55 linear ft.) 

Replace light fixture (13” two-bulb)

Paint and prime walls (250 sq. Ft.) 

2-4 RH interior door and privacy doorknob to be installed in bathroom entrance 

Install casing around door in bathroom area (33 linear ft.) 

Install new towel bar (24”) near shower along wall. 

Install base trim throughout bathroom area (9linear ft.) 

2”x12” floor registers to be replaced in bathroom 

Replace receptacles and switches (1x gfci receptacle, 2x single pole switch) 

Replace covers for receptacles and switches (1x gfci covers, 2x single switch cover) 

 

Attic 

      Remove all insulation from attic 

      Replace loose batting insulation throughout attic- R49 loose battling 18” high from rafters. 1,300 sq ft 

*All interior doors will need door stops 

 

 Bids are due March 20, 2025

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection

FBHA is seeking proposals to paint the exterior of 6 houses on Packineau Lane. 

  • Pressure-wash walls to remove dirt and dust build-up 

  • Inspect for any damage or holes 

  • Apply epoxy filler to cracks or holes with a spackle knife, then lightly sand till smooth 

  • Remove any loose paint 

  • Caulk Trim between house and around doors and windows 

  • Apply a coat of stain blocking primer to any visible stains or wood knots 

  • Cover doors, windows and any outside fixtures 

  • Paint Exterior and exterior trim 

  • Check for touch ups 

  • Clean up any mess or debris from worksite 

  • Must apply for a permit with MHA Nation Construction Management Office 

  • Must match paint as close as possible to existing Smartside Siding Color (Colors must be approved by FBHA first)
