Install new countertop, sink and faucet with sprayer 

Install new range hood 

Install new baseboard trim (60 LF) 

Install new pantry door with doorknob (2-4 LH) 

Install new closet door with doorknob (2-4 RH) 

Install new basement door with doorknob (2-8 LH) 

Install new refrigerator and stove 

Install 2 floor vent covers (15x4) 

 

Bedroom #1 – Labor Only 

Install new bedroom door with privacy doorknob and door stop (2-6 RH) 

Install new trim around doors and windows (90 LF) 

Install new baseboard trim (60 LF) 

 

 

Bedroom #2 – Labor Only  

Install new door with privacy doorknob and door stop (2-6 LH) 

Install new trim around doors and windows (90 LF) 

Install new baseboard trim (60 LF) 

 

Bedroom #3 – Labor Only  

Install new bedroom door with privacy doorknob and door stop (2-6 RH) 

Install new trim around doors and windows (90 LF) 

Install new baseboard trim (60 LF) 

 

Bedroom #4 – Labor Only  

Install new bedroom door with privacy doorknob and door stop (2-6 RH)

Hallway – Labor Only 

Install new wall vent cover (32x8) 

Install new baseboard trim 50 (FT) 

 

 

Bathroom – Labor Only  

Install new toilet and supply lines 

Install new vanity (24 inch) with faucet and supply lines  

Install new shower tub combo with shower head and shower handle 

Install new vanity mirror (24 in) 

Install new toilet paper holder and towel holder 

Install new bathroom door with privacy doorknob (2-4 LH) 

Install new trim around windows and bathroom door (55 LF) 

Install new baseboard trim (10 LF) 

 

 

Whole Unit – Labor Only 

Install new flooring throughout (1,160 Sq Ft) 

Install 2,124 Sq Ft of 5/8” drywall 

Install 1,830 Sq Ft of ½" drywall  

Tape and texture  

Paint and Primer 3,954 Sq Ft 

Install new insulation throughout the house, including the attic. 

 

Bids due November 24th, 2025

 

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection
