Install new wood decks with steps at the front and back door of 6 units. 

Deck should be (6’x8’)  

Joist spaced apart 16” on center with steel joist hangers 

Remove current stairs if possible or applicable  

Stain decks to a Fort Berthold Housing Authority approved color.

Unit 155 – 115 1st Ave SW 

Unit 156 – 116 1st Ave SW 

Unit 170 – 105 3rd St NE 

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection
