Roof Replacement in White Shield

SCOPE OF WORK 

Labor and Materials provided by Contractor 

Project: Insurance 

Unit: 838  

Segment: White Shield 

Location: 550 Bloody Knife St 

Reroof Unit 

Tear off existing shingles and felt, roof-boots and vents 

Check sheathing – Replace any moisture damaged sheathing 

Install new synthetic underlayment 

Install new metal roof, PRO RIB 29 gage, including all accessories ___26.5_______ squares 

Including rubber closure & strips 

Clean entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails 

Haul and dispose all debris at an approved dumpsite 

Check all fascia and replace if damaged or rotten 

Payment will be held until all work is complete and job has been inspected by a MHA Construction Management Inspector and approved as a completed project. 

Note: 

The steel roof colors will be standard stock colors, which are White, Green and Brown. Colors will be picked by the Fort Berthold Housing Authority. 

All materials and labor will be supplied and done by contractor. 

Also, all workmanship will need to be guaranteed for 1 year from completion date.
