Remove and replace deck handrail/guardrail

Stain and finish deck handrails (32 SF)

Refasten deck spindles to handrails

Remove Lattice work

Stain and finish lattice work

Reinstall lattice work

Living Room

Remove 327 SF of snaplock laminate

Replace 327 SF of Vinyl Plank flooring

Remove and replace 73 LF of baseboards

Stain and Finish 73 LF of Baseboards

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area inside and outside the unit; this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is clean and ready for final inspection.
