Whole Unit 

  Replace flooring throughout the unit (900 sq ft)  

  Wall repairs drywall replacement, holes, (mud, tape, texture, paint)  

  Prime & Paint entire unit- rooms, ceiling, closets (3400 sq ft)  

  Replace base in living room, bedroom 2, and Bathroom (150 linear ft) 

  Replace fire extinguisher  

  Replace all thermostats (4)  

  Replace all smoke detectors throughout unit (Wired) 

Kitchen   

  Replace 30” hood range  

Living Room - Hallway 

  Fill small holes in drywall above window and throughout room  

  Repair bottom of exterior door  

Bedroom 1 

  Replace light bulbs in light fixture  

Bedroom 2  

  Repair 1”x 3” hole in wall  

  Replace closet door (3-0 LH Interior door) 

  Install passage lock doorknob  

  Replace entrance door (2-6 LH Interior door)  

  Install privacy lock doorknob  

Bathroom  

  Replace medicine cabinet 16” x 22”  

  Replace bathtub single handle shower faucet  

  Replace 3 pc shower surround and bathtub Left hand  

  Replace Elongated Toilet and toilet supply line and 1/2” flange  

  Install wax ring and secure toilet  

  Install casing around doors in the bathroom area (70 linear ft.)  

  Install a new towel bar (18”) near the shower along the wall.  

  Replace bathroom vanity light fixture 24”  

  Replace white receptacles and switches (1x gfci receptacle, 3x single pole light switch)  

  Replace white covers for receptacles and switches (1x gfci covers, 3 gang light switch cover) 

  Replace exhaust fan with light  

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit; this includes picking up all nails. Clean entire interior of the unit. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection.
