Physical Address: See Below 

Install new wood decks with steps at the front and back door of 3 units. 

Deck should be (6’x8’)  

Joist spaced apart 16” on center with steel joist hangers 

Remove current stairs if possible or applicable  

Stain decks to a Fort Berthold Housing Authority approved color. 

Unit 134 – 800 Cedar Ave 

Unit 143 – 805 Cedar Ave 

 Unit 145 – 901 Cedar Ave – Deck only for the back door 

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection
