Install new wood decks with steps at the front and back door of 17 units. 

Deck should be (6’x8’)  

Joist spaced apart 16” on center with steel joist hangers 

Remove current stairs if possible or applicable  

Stain decks to a Fort Berthold Housing Authority approved color.
