SCOPE OF WORK  

Material and Labor provided by Contractor 

Project: CRP3 Segment: White Shield 

 Bids are due by September 24, 2026. 

All driveways will be 5” thick, 3500 PSI minimum with #4 rebar (steel or fiberglass) 24” OC with 20” overlaps, and 6” class 5 subbase properly compacted.  

All sidewalks will be 4” thick, 3500 PSI minimum, and 6” class 5 subbase properly compacted. 

All patios will be 3500 PSI minimum with #4 rebar (steel or fiberglass) 24” OC with 20” overlaps and 6” class 5 subbase properly compacted.  

No more than 1 step into the front of the house and no steps in the back of the house. Backfill where needed to ensure zero entry as much as possible. 

Any cleanouts that are located where concrete is planned, make sure to reinforce with traffic-rated caps or protective boxes to prevent damage from vehicles while maintaining access for maintenance. 

FBHA will supply concrete testing.  

Unit 574 

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) 10’ from the house. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (2’x4’) in front of patio door.

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) where the old driveway was. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (2’x4’) in front of patio door. 

Unit 576 

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) where the old driveway was. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (2’x4’) in front of patio door.

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) where the old driveway was. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (2’x4’) in front of patio door.

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) where the old driveway was. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (2’x4’) in front of patio door. 

Unit 579 

Install the new driveway (12’x40’) location will be determined by FBHA. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (11’x10’) in front of patio door and mechanical entrance door. 

Unit 580 

Install the new driveway (12’x50’) where the old driveway was. Install new landing for front entrance (5’x6’). Install sidewalk (5’) connecting the front landing to driveway. Install pad (11’x10’) in front of patio door and mechanical entrance door. 

Reminder: Dispose of all debris at an approved site. Clean the entire area around unit, this includes picking up all nails and trash. Make sure the project is ready for final inspection.
